Why is EoxShop changing to EoxMfg?
As part of our ongoing commitment to improve your online experience, we will be streamlining our product range to focus on the components our customers rely on most.
Can I still buy the products I previously purchased?
Yes. If your business relies on items outside our updated selection don’t worry. You will still be able to purchase the full extended product range through our partner company The West Group Ltd.
Will my account details transfer?
Yes. email sales@eoxshop.com and we’ll set it up for you or you can create a new account on The West Group website.
Can I request old order or invoice details?
Absolutely. We can provide these at any time.
